That’s what #auramaxxing guru Charlie Welham claims, teaching young men to monitor their body movements so they don’t accidentally move like a pariah instead of an alpha.

But does watching tutorials on how to close doors, sit down or drink tap water “confidently” (read: in a masculine way) actually make you more secure in yourself – or does it turn you into a worse version of yourself?
